Carol-Anne Hutz is the youngest member of the Hutz family along with her brother Bobby. During the events of Poultrygeist she gets possessed by Hard Boiled. She's also present, together with her parents, at the police station in The Unusual Suspects.

- Carol-Anne Hutz is based on Carol-Anne Freeling, a character from a 1982 supernatural horror movie called Poltergeist
- Carol-Anne used to be called Carol-Anne Klutz in earlier versions of the game.
- Despite showing up in Poultrygeist's level poster, Carol's model in that poster is different from her model she uses in the entire game.
- The model used for the level poster was an unused model called "PYJAMA_CHILDF". Considering the model was leftover and had it's own unique icon and being used for Poultrygeist's level poster, it's highly likely this was meant to have been a pyjama variant of Carol's model that might have originally been for Poultrygeist.
- In the official Prima Guide Carol-Anne is given an epilogue which says that a "Department of Clairvoyance" has seen a future where Carol-Anne uses her experience from Poultrygeist to appear in many talk shows and make a great deal of money from a TV movie, Bucket of Fear: The Carol-Anne Hutz Story.
- Carol is the only mortal to have ever gotten an official epilogue in some way shape or form from Ghost Master.
